I can only say positive things about this transaction. I received an email stating that they were having a 55% off day. Well I can never refuse a sale. So I went to the web site and placed my order. There was an issue with the coupon and payment screen. So I emailed Tracy using the contact us feature. Within minutes I had a reply. We tried a few things and they didn't work. Computer glitches. We all know how they can be. So anyway she did it all by hand and emailed me the correct total. I replyed that I didn't want to send my cc info via email so I asked if I could call her. She said sure. Then I received an email stating that she could invoice me and I could just pay that way. (which I did) This was an excellent experience. Tracy answered emails quickly and was there to help. I had shopped here once before and will continue to do so.!!!! Excellent!
